This is my second time coming here as much as I hate getting in to wrecks when ever I do have an accident I all ready know where to go.

She was very responsive and kind as well.Amazing work at Caliber Collision Everything was so easy From making an appointment to leaving my car to getting a rental to getting it fix everyone was so helpful I called and made an appointment in less then 5 min marley told we what to bring I showed up Monday morning with all my information she was very helpful and nice and cheerful in less the 10 min I was hanging her my keys and dropping off my car she told me everything was going to be handle I'm very busy so I liked that she told me that she send me to rent my car and broke from enterprise was amazing very friendly got all my information let me choose from 3 cars and helped me with all my questions she send me daily updates of the charges and assure me the person that hit me insurance was going to pay for it very happy with the rental car service and last to my tech JR Amazing work ask for him very professional he may be young but he treated my car as it was a ferrari very nice and friendly good service keep me updated on what needed to be done and when I was going to get my baby back not only did he leave it like new he also cleaned it and detail my car and left my headlights like new be hoesnt if I could give 10 stars I would very Happy with all the service I received I would recommend you to all my friends and family ?
I am writing this because it is important to celebrate that when even the worst experiences occur there is positivity. As a Director myself I know we don’t always hear the good things and mostly only things that did not go as expected. In my past experiences in other shops it can take weeks and even months. Everyone at work thought it was a new car! I should also mention the car was fixed in a short period of time even though there was significant damage. The car was able to be fixed and John and team did a fantastic job with the vehicle. Another one of our vehicles was in an accident not too long ago and he managed us through that experience as well. This is not the first interaction I have had with John.
I cannot tell you how comforting it was to have John be there during a difficult time. He was kind, considerate, informative and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Accidents are never a pleasant experience but I was fortunate enough to have John Dennison assist me through the process. Recently my son had an accident where fortunately he was not hurt but the car was determined to be a total loss.
